Echo Resort - the Chiang Mai Post-Punk and indie rock band of Joelle Camille Robertson, Thunpisit Pharttrachodsoadthigul and Chatwut Supradit announce “A Fantasy”, their confounding and haunting new album set for release on December 11^th.

For the album concept, A Fantasy is a journey through thresholds — the spaces between collapse and renewal, endings and beginnings, the known and the unknown. It explores transformation at both personal and collective scales: the disintegration of old patterns, illusions, and systems, and the fragile emergence of something new.

The album carries the listener through portals that bend time, memory, and perception, moving between tension and release, darkness and light. Jagged, propulsive rhythms collide with shimmering atmospheres, echoing the turbulence of a world in flux, while moments of chaos dissolve into clarity and revelation, inviting introspection and the courage to confront what no longer serves them.

At its heart, A Fantasy is about stepping across thresholds — into a liminal, dreamlike space where the rules of reality shift, endings transform into beginnings, and imagination illuminates the path forward. To enter this album is to traverse a living fantasy: a world of reflection, transformation, and possibility, where the unknown feels luminous and alive.
